This Week's Menu Plan: Back to "Normal"

Our menu plan this week is pretty simple since we are in adjustment mode!

Dinners:

Baked garlic and herb tilapia (with rice and vegetables)
Spaghetti with green leaf lettuce salad
Homemade pizza (with made from scratch dough!)
Burgers with relish and sweet potato fries
Pork loin with Apricot/red pepper relish
cheese/bacon fritatta with fruit

Breakfasts:

baked oatmeal (recipe from AllRecipes.com)
eggs/bacon and toast
cereal
egg puffs (recipe from Deceptively Delicious)

Lunches:
PB&H sandwiches
tuna casserole
finger foods (veggies and dip, fruit, crackers)
turkey/cheese lettuce roll-ups

Snacks:
granola bars
fruit
yogurt
cheese
popcorn

We are also making homemade bread, muffins and cookies this week!
